This house is 1,500. square feet, on a 10,000 square foot lot.

There is one bathroom with a double shower, towels are provided.

The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets and a king size bed. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 3 extra sofa daybeds in the living room.

Outside on the very large redwood deck is a private Jacuzzi brand Jacuzzi that is 7ft. by 7ft..

There is a first place award winning pool from The National Pool and Spa Association for "The Most Natural Pool in Southern California".

There are several off street parking spaces.

There is a connecting door between the bedrooms.

Animals are welcome pending arrangements, there is a large6 foot high fenced in tropical front yard that they can use.

There is a tropical fenced in back yard, massage chair, portable radio, 3 TV's, DVD players, VCR, Boogie Boards, 4 skylights, high ceilings.

Included is cable TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, a double oven, garbage disposal, stereo and a high speed wireless inter - net hook.

It has a gas grill and burner and a roofed and shuttered private patio area off the pool.

The property is one block from 101 Coast Highway. It is one block away from Stone Steps Beach that often does have life guards during the summer, which was rated "the most private beach in San Diego", about one mile from Moonlight Beach- which has life guards - a play ground, showers and camp fire pits and bar-b-q's, and a half a mile from Beacons Beach.

There is an excellent local Golf Course about a mile away.

There is two local Shopping Malls about 2 miles away. It is about three minutes away from downtown Encinitas.

Rates $2,300. per week, it is $375. per day from June - September 1, and November 19-26 it is $375. a day- December 24 -31 the rent is $375.  If you rent for 7 days or more during this time the daily rateis $329..

The rest of the year the rate is $200. a day, and $1,250. a week. If you stay for 7 days or more the daily rate is $179. during this time.

During the months of June - September 1 the monthly rent is $9,000. and the rest of the year the monthly rate is $5,000.

There is a $500 deposit, $150 cleaning fee - $100 animal cleaning fee.

I accept credit cards.

Half of the rent , and the $500 refundable deposit, and the cleaning fee is required for reservation.The other half of the rent is due before 30 days prior to moving in.
